This Wisconsin-made spread brings together our tangy summer sausage with three of our favorite cheeses for a lineup that’s savory, spicy, and a little bit sweet. Perfect for sharing with friends, setting out at gatherings, or sneaking a bite all to yourself—this sampler makes every occasion deliciously easy.

  We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.

  “Bantam” Honey Sriracha Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring. Flavoring: Honey granules, salt, spices, dextrose, onion, sriracha sauce (aged cayenne red peppers, vinegar, garlic), sugar, brown sugar, garlic powder, maltodextrin, sodium diacetate, natural flavor.

  “Harvest” Dill Havarti: Cultured pasteurized milk and cream, salt, dill, enzymes, annatto coloring.

  “Old Smoky” Smoked Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring.
